If I was an idiot, I would have posters in my office saying “do the things you love and you will be a winner.”

But I’m not stupid anymore, so I don’t buy into that crap.  Thank God I am not where I used to be and I have intentionally surrounded myself with better triggers.

In my office you will find two posters with these quotes:

“Let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up.”

– Apostle Paul

“We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret.”

–Jim Rohn

When was the last time you accomplished something truly meaningful and the entire process was easy?

When you are doing something worth-while, obstacles will come.  When you are adding to the mission of significance, you will eventually be forced to climb uphill.

Face it.  Prepare for it.  Plan for it.  Overcome it.

Choose discipline over regret.  Choose to keep putting one foot in front of the next instead of quitting.
